About Me
My name is Paul and this where I keep all of my technical writings and ideas. I also have another website where I post all sorts of fun stuff. I keep them separate because for some reason people like focus. Not to say I would want to combine two completely different ideas into one website. That would just be chaotic ;).
I started working for Shutterfly in January as a senior middleware developer, but quickly transitioned over to the client team when a position became available. I'm now supporting the upcoming release of Shutterfly Studio and working on cutting-edge projects in the company based on Flex. People *still* tend to drift off when I talk about programming, but at least my mom now understands what I do well enough to tell her friends "Oh he works for that photo company now!" And she can show off some really cool stuff Shutterfly makes :).
I am married to Sheenae, a woman I just adore. She's a huge reason for my success and we share so much in common. Having a wife that lets you rewire your house and plays video games with you is definitely an enviable position to be in.
Now that I'm out of the start-up biz, I'm finding more time to do things I'm interested in, including updating Advanced Theory and hopefully start a new project soon!
